- Meet up with clients 2 weeks prior to wedding day to go through proposed agenda on wedding day
- Review vendors contract in advance
- Chat group created among vendors for advance planning
Actual Day Coordination
- Liaise with all wedding vendors at the wedding venue and ensure their duties performed as per contract
- Be the go to person for communication between all parties (couple, parents, vendors etc) and venue (hotel, restaurant or event space)
- Couple marching in rehearsal
- Guest ushering from registration area to seating
- Ensure wedding flow in timely manner according to agenda set
- Slideshow and video presentation AV control
- Alcohol inventories control
- Critical risk management (first aid kit, umbrella etc)
- Ensure vendors dismantle process are carried out properly
